Acceptance boundary
A hidden branch contributes no field value. A validated payload is locked to its current inputs. Only the Dispatcher creates a handoff receipt; repeating a request returns the retained receipt.

Handoff contract
The receipt freezes the accepted branch, destination and active reference. Later input edits cannot rewrite it. A repeated Q17 request returns the same receipt even when the editor has changed the next candidate payload.
