CP-06 · Reduce dispatch rework
Capture suggestions, compare an agreed rubric and fund a bounded experiment.
Challenge intake and evaluation
Two non-conflicted reviewers · Score at least 75/100 · Impact 40%, feasibility 35%, evidence 25%

Keep the challenge bounded
In scope: dispatch handoffs, packaging reuse and queue visibility. Supplier onboarding is outside this campaign. Votes can invite discussion; the evaluation gate uses the agreed reviewers and rubric.
Existing commitment
I-01 shift handoff board has a 4,000-unit pilot authorization. Its reservation remains visible while I-02 is evaluated.
I-02 · Reusable dispatch bins
Replace repeated single-use packing during internal transfers. Test one dispatch lane before considering a wider rollout.
Operations suggestion Edition 1
Agreed evaluation rubric
| Criterion | Weight | What a reviewer checks |
|---|---|---|
| Impact | 40% | Rework avoided within the challenge |
| Feasibility | 35% | Operational effort and dependencies |
| Evidence | 25% | Strength of the supporting observation |
Each rating is 1–5. Reviewer score = (impact × 40 + feasibility × 35 + evidence × 25) ÷ 5. Campaign score is the mean of eligible reviewer scores.

Record your evaluation
Choose Operations reviewer or Finance reviewer.
Changing a saved evaluation creates a new edition. Any dependent I-02 authorization then needs a fresh sponsor decision.
I-02 · Pilot decision
Authorize a controlled experiment against the current evaluation. A qualifying score makes the idea eligible; the sponsor still decides whether to commit funds.
Pilot charter
| Experiment | Reusable bins on dispatch lane B |
|---|---|
| Duration | Two weeks after the agreed start |
| Cost ceiling | 6,000 budget units |
| Baseline to measure | Record packing rework per 100 internal transfers |
| Outcome review | Compare the same denominator and capture handling problems |
Budget units are synthetic. The pilot charter is an experiment plan; no savings or successful outcome is assumed.
Sponsor authorization
Repeat authorization retains the same pilot. A score change releases this pilot’s reservation and preserves its superseded record.
