What this QuickBooks Desktop tutorial covers

Accountant training: compare a QuickBooks source invoice with the exchange result and a Codeblix EBS demo fiscal PDF before client handover. Review the company, buyer, invoice number, date, lines and totals. Resolve buyer-profile, tax-mapping or document holds, then inspect the reported fiscal result and fiscal copy. Web Connector reaching 100% confirms an exchange; it is not MRA acceptance. Approve polling, fiscalisation and delivery separately.

The fiscal screen is a local DEMO-RESPONSE test. Nothing in this example was sent to MRA. The fiscal PDF is visibly marked DEMO ONLY and is not an MRA-accepted invoice. The QuickBooks sample invoice and the separate demo PDF illustrate checks; they are not a proven end-to-end fiscalised transaction. Captures use the US Enterprise 24.0 trial and synthetic sample-company data.

This private training example shows what to check on the first invoice before handing the client over to daily use. Start with the source invoice in QuickBooks. Check the company, buyer, invoice number, date, lines and totals against the agreed scope. Run the exchange in Web Connector. One hundred percent means the data reached the service. It does not mean MRA accepted the invoice. In the service, review the captured record and the Desktop settings. Resolve any hold before fiscal processing. Invoices are usually held because a buyer profile is missing, a tax code isn't mapped, or the document structure needs support review. Fix the setting, not the invoice. After fiscal processing, check the reported result. The screen shown here is a local test, so nothing was sent to MRA. Open the fiscal copy and match its invoice number, buyer, totals, fiscal reference and QR code to the source. This copy is clearly marked demo only. Before handover, confirm the details match, the fiscal copy comes from the service, the client knows how to get it, and polling, fiscalisation and delivery were each approved separately.
