Codeblix Ltd is a Mauritius-based technology company specializing in Electronic Billing Systems. When the MRA announced the EBS mandate, we built a platform from scratch to meet every technical requirement while keeping it genuinely easy to use.
After months of development and a successful demonstration to MRA on 15 June 2026, we were officially listed as EBS Solution Provider SN 95. Our product, Codeblix eInvoicing (version 2026), now processes compliant transactions for businesses across Mauritius.

Our journey
From identifying the MRA mandate to becoming a certified provider.
Identified the need
MRA announced the Electronic Billing System mandate requiring all businesses to use certified invoicing software. We saw an opportunity to build something better than the typical compliance tool.
Built the platform
Developed Codeblix eInvoicing from scratch - studying MRA's technical guidelines, implementing hash chain security, IRN generation, QR code fiscalization, and the full EBS API integration.
MRA demonstration
Demonstrated the platform to MRA. Every requirement was met: invoice generation, fiscalization, QR codes, IRN assignment, hash chain verification, transaction reporting, offline mode handling.
Officially listed & serving businesses
Listed as SN 95 in MRA's EBSSolutionProviders.pdf. Now onboarding businesses across Mauritius, from restaurants in Flic en Flac to service companies in Port Louis.
