How much does Codeblix HR & Payroll cost?
For a company managing its own payroll, the introductory monthly tiers are Rs 0 for 1–2 employees, Rs 175 for 3–5, Rs 475 for 6–10, Rs 875 for 11–25, Rs 1,500 for 26–50 and Rs 2,475 for 51–75 employees. The Firm Agency plan is MUR 4,000 per month for up to 1,000 active employees across agreed client-company workspaces. The final proposal confirms scope, implementation and any applicable taxes.
Should we choose Company or Firm Agency?
Choose Company when your own HR or finance team manages payroll for your organisation and employees. Choose Firm Agency when an accounting, payroll or HR service provider runs payroll for multiple client companies and needs separate client workspaces with firm-level access.
What is included in the MUR 4,000 Firm Agency plan?
The introductory Firm Agency price supports up to 1,000 active employees in total across agreed client-company workspaces. It is designed for multi-company payroll operations with role-based separation. Client onboarding, data migration, integrations, customisation, taxes and professional responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing.
What is included in the introductory offer?
The offer is positioned around connected HR and payroll workflows, including employee records, attendance and leave, recruitment and onboarding, payroll processing, payslips, statutory payroll outputs and responsive technical support. Final inclusions are confirmed in writing for your setup.
What happens when payroll figures or employee data do not look right?
Our team can help investigate the source data, configuration and calculation path, identify potential anomalies and explain how the system arrived at a result. Final payroll, tax and employment decisions remain with the customer and their authorised advisers.
Is customisation available?
Yes. We can scope company-specific fields, reports, approval flows and integrations. Custom work and implementation requirements are confirmed separately before work begins.
How were competitor savings calculated?
The calculator uses recurring public list prices from provider websites last verified on 27 August 2026. Each paid Codeblix introductory tier is set 50% below the lowest non-zero published recurring price in the matching employee band in this benchmark. Providers without comparable public recurring prices, optional add-ons, implementation work and VAT are excluded from the percentage calculation.

The published self-managed company tiers currently cover up to 75 employees.
