Episode thirteen. Sales dashboards, and reports for management. Overview opens on the Dashboard. Today's sales, transactions, open tables, and refunds, for today so far. Quick operations shows low stock items, orders in transit, today's revenue, and active cashiers. Below, Sales performance compares the last fourteen days with the fourteen before, with the category mix and today's top products. For owners, directors, and consultants, the Owner Dashboard gives the big picture, for any From and To dates. Total sales, transactions, gross profit, margin, purchase order value, and waste value. Then the top ten products by revenue, and low stock alerts. Today, all stock levels are healthy. Reports brings every restaurant report together, all built from the same transactions. Sales summary, sales by dish, by menu category, payments, and by staff member. Shifts and cash variance, discounts, supplier purchases, low stock, waste, theoretical versus actual, and the financial statements. Open Sales by Dish. This month, the Thomas Crown Beef Burger leads, with a hundred and ten sold. Change the period or the store, save the view, or schedule it. And Export gives you the report as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Sales Summary gives revenue, transactions, average ticket, discounts, tax, and refunds. Day by day, with the split by payment method: manual card and cash. The bell holds notifications that need your attention. Right now, you're all caught up. And User Activity is the audit trail. Filter by action, user, and dates, to see who did what, and when. Next: accounting setup.
