Cash flow calculator for one reviewable period
Enter opening cash, four receipt categories and four payment categories. The browser calculates the net movement and closing balance without treating the scenario as profit, a forecast or financial advice.
Keep opening cash and period movement separate
The worksheet starts with a balance supplied by the user, totals the entered receipt groups, totals the entered payment groups and shows the arithmetic that produces closing cash. It never fills a missing category from revenue or expense data.
- ✓Use one period and currency throughout.
- ✓Keep bank, till and wallet boundaries visible in the source records.
- ✓Treat a blank category as unresolved when money may still be missing.
A cash balance is not a profit or solvency verdict
Borrowing can increase cash while creating an obligation, and a profitable sale may not create cash until collection. Carry the scenario to a qualified reviewer when it informs tax, financing, distributions or continued-trading decisions.
- ✓Record whether each amount is observed or planned.
- ✓Do not infer receivable collection from an invoice.
- ✓Print the assumptions beside the result.
Continue from calculation to workflow
Use the result as an input to planning—not as a standalone system decision.
