Time clock calculator for entered weekly intervals

Enter start, end and unpaid-break minutes for each day. The browser totals the stated intervals and separates hours around a threshold without deciding compensable time, overtime entitlement or wages.

Weekly review threshold
DayStartEndUnpaid breakOvernight

Leave both times blank for a day without an entered interval. Mark overnight only when the end belongs to the following calendar day.

Input discipline

Make overnight work and unpaid breaks explicit

An end time before a start time is rejected unless the row is deliberately marked overnight. A break cannot be longer than the elapsed interval, and incomplete start or end pairs remain visible as errors.

  • Use one local time convention.
  • Enter only breaks the reviewer intends to subtract.
  • Resolve missing pairs before sharing a result.
Review boundary

A threshold bucket is not an overtime ruling

The threshold is a user-entered comparison point. Legal work time may include fact-specific waiting, travel, training or on-call periods, and payroll may require additional policies and records.

  • Do not infer pay from the total.
  • Keep schedule and actual-time sources separate.
  • Escalate disputed intervals to the responsible owner.

Continue from calculation to workflow

Use the result as an input to planning—not as a standalone system decision.
