Free inventory utility

QR barcode generator for simple inventory labels

Enter a URL or short text to create a static QR code. The output is a planning utility, not a GTIN or GS1 identifier, and the page keeps the payload in the browser until you request the preview.

Payload

The preview is a static QR symbol. It does not create a GTIN, UPC, EAN or GS1 Digital Link.

Identifier boundary

A QR payload is not a GTIN

Use this page for a URL, an internal reference, or a short instruction that your team controls. A generated symbol does not issue a UPC, EAN, GTIN, or GS1 Digital Link, and it does not make a product globally unique.

  • Plain text and URL payloads stay separate from catalogue identifiers.
  • A scan test proves readability only; it does not prove a product or packaging standard.
  • Keep the printed quiet zone and contrast intact when a label is exported.
Warehouse example

Give the scanner a useful next step

A small distributor can place a static code beside an internal item reference, then decide whether the scan should open a controlled product page, a receiving note, or a work instruction. The inventory record remains the system of record; the code is only the doorway.

  • Name the owner of the destination URL before printing.
  • Retire or redirect a code through a documented change process.
  • Do not put private customer, payroll, or credential data into a public symbol.

Continue from calculation to workflow

Use the result as an input to planning—not as a standalone system decision.
