What this QuickBooks Desktop tutorial covers

Learn the daily QuickBooks Desktop invoice-sync routine for Codeblix EBS and where the fiscal PDF comes from in a Mauritius MRA e-invoicing workflow. Save your invoice in QuickBooks, select the application in QuickBooks Web Connector and run Update Selected. Keep QuickBooks open until the exchange finishes. Use the fiscal copy from your e-invoicing service only after the actual invoice is accepted. If the result is unclear, keep the invoice number and exact message for support instead of creating another invoice.

Here's your daily routine for sending invoices from QuickBooks to e-invoicing. Create your invoice in QuickBooks as usual. Choose the customer, and add the items. Then select Save and Close. Open QuickBooks Web Connector. Tick your application, and select Update Selected. Wait while Web Connector sends your new invoices. Keep QuickBooks open until it finishes. When both bars reach one hundred percent and the session has ended, the exchange is complete. Your invoice has reached the e-invoicing service. This is not yet MRA approval. Once the invoice is approved, use the fiscal PDF from your e-invoicing service, with its fiscal reference and QR code, for your customer. This example copy is marked demo only. If a message needs attention, keep the invoice number and the exact message, and contact your support team. Don't create the invoice again.
