If Web Connector shows an error, here's what the common messages mean, and what to do next. Host Not Reachable means Web Connector couldn't reach the e-invoicing service. Check that this PC is on and connected to the internet, then try again later. Click for more information to see the full message. Keep it for your support team. An invalid password message means the connector password is wrong. Use only the connector password you received. Never type your MRA, Windows or QuickBooks password here. If you don't have the right password, ask your support team. Don't add a second copy of the application. This error appears when QuickBooks isn't open. Open QuickBooks, sign in to the correct company file, then run the update again. If the service reports a company mismatch, stop. The wrong company file may be open, and your support team must check it before anything continues. If the exchange finished but the invoice result is unclear, wait. Clicking again and again, or creating a new invoice number, won't fix it. When you contact support, send the invoice number, the date and time, the application name, and the exact message. Never send passwords.
