Follow the buy-and-sell cycle in 72 seconds

Add products with cost and selling price. Order from suppliers, record goods received and follow the supplier bill. Sell from available stock and issue the customer invoice. Review stock on hand, stock value and low-stock items, then follow the purchases and sales into linked bookkeeping, VAT summaries, profit and loss and the balance sheet. The module belongs to Codeblix Platform. An optional configured connection to Codeblix EBS supports MRA fiscalisation after company onboarding and acceptance. Codeblix can adapt stock workflows, screens, reports and connections around the client’s requirements.

The film uses illustrated screens, fictional companies and computed sample figures. The VAT screen is a summary for review, not automatic tax-return filing or payment. Company configuration, the EBS connection and any specialist additions are agreed for your implementation.

Your stock and your accounts, in one place. Here is the whole cycle, in about a minute. Add each product once, with its cost and its selling price. Order from your supplier. When the goods arrive, receive them. Stock goes up, and the supplier bill is recorded at the same time. Sell from what is in stock. Pick the items, and issue the invoice. Stock goes down, and the invoice is sent to the MRA automatically. Inventory shows what you have, what it is worth, and what is running low. Every purchase and every sale posts itself to the books. Nothing is typed twice. At month end, your VAT return is already prepared. VAT on sales, less VAT on purchases. One figure to pay. Your profit and loss, and your balance sheet, always up to date.
