What to do when batch submission fails
Sometimes MRA batch submissions fail. Here is what to do.
Common failure reasons
- MRA endpoint temporarily down
- Network connectivity issues
- Invalid invoice data
- MRA rate limiting
How Codeblix handles failures
- The failed invoices are marked for retry
- A scheduler retries every 5 minutes
- After 3 failures, you get an alert
- You can manually retry from the MRA Batches page
