How to Set Up User Roles in Your EBS
Control who can do what in your EBS
User roles control who can do what in your EBS. Here is how to set them up.
Default roles
- Owner: Full access. Cannot be removed.
- Admin: All except billing and user management.
- Accountant: Read all, write accounting, no settings.
- Sales: POS and customer management.
- Viewer: Read-only.
Custom roles
You can also create custom roles with specific permissions. Useful for cashiers, inventory clerks, etc.
