How to Onboard Your Accountant to the EBS

Your accountant needs access to your EBS. Here is how to give them the right level of access.

Option 1: Read-only access

Best for accountants who only need to review your books. They can see everything but cannot change anything.

Option 2: Read-write access

Best for accountants who do your bookkeeping. They can create journal entries, reconcile, and file VAT returns.

How to invite

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click "Invite user"
3. Enter their email and choose role
4. They receive an email with a setup link
