How it works
Open a sale, then choose how to split: by item (each item to a different guest), by amount (fixed split), or by guest count (divide equally). The system tracks each split and marks it as paid when the customer pays.
Split by item
Each item can be assigned to a different guest. Useful for restaurants where each person orders separately.
Split by amount
Set the amount per split. Useful for fixed-cost sharing (e.g. rent, utilities).
Split by guest count
Set the number of guests. The system divides the bill equally, with optional rounding.
Each split is a MRA-fiscalised receipt
Each split is a separate MRA-fiscalised invoice. The hash chain is intact. The transaction report shows the original sale and the splits.
