Role-based access

HR managers see all records. Department managers see only their direct reports. Employees see only their own record (and can update certain fields). Role-based access keeps sensitive data secure.

Encrypted at rest and in transit

All employee data is encrypted at rest (in the database) and in transit (between browser and server). Industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

IRP forms

Generate IRP (Indemnité de Résiliation de Préavis) forms for new employees, pre-filled with employee and employer details. Ready to file with the MRA.
