Role-based visibility

Configurable visibility per review. Reviews can be visible to the employee, the manager, HR, or any combination. Default is employee + manager + HR.

Reporting

Aggregate reports: average rating per department, goal completion rates, review completion rates. Export to PDF or Excel.
