How it works

Employees submit leave requests from the self-service portal. Managers approve or reject from the dashboard or by email. Leave balances update automatically. The team calendar shows approved leave for planning.

Supported leave types

Annual, sick, parental, compassionate, unpaid, and custom leave types. Each type has its own rules (accrual rate, carry-over, notice period, etc.).

Approval workflows

Configurable approval workflows: small requests might auto-approve, large requests might require HR approval. Rules per leave type and per manager.

Payroll integration

Unpaid leave is automatically deducted from payroll. Annual and sick leave balances are tracked and reported. No double entry.
