How it works
Start a stock take session. Walk the warehouse with your phone or tablet, scan barcodes or enter counts manually. The system tracks every scan and count in real time, building the variance report as you go.
Partial stock takes
Run a stock take on a category (e.g. all beverages), a location (e.g. only the Port Louis shop), or any custom filter. Full or partial, your choice.
Variance report
Once the stock take is complete, Codeblix generates a variance report showing expected vs counted for every item. Differences are highlighted. Reconcile with one click to update the system.
Multi-counter support
Multiple counters can work on the same stock take. Each count is attributed to a user, with the latest count used unless overridden.
